Providing personal information to us is not mandatory when using the app and to donate for the cause. If you opt-in to receive tax exemption for your donation, we will require your name and PAN no.

You may request a copy of the personal information we have for you at any time by contacting us via email. 

We will ensure your personal information is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations is as below:

• No refund or cancellation of the donated amount by any donor
• No refund or cancellation for incorrectly donated amount or the incorrect Cause
• No switching of the Cause or splitting of the donation across multiple Causes

• Your use of the Donate4Cause app constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• By proceeding with the transaction, donor understands once the payment is made, then the donor will not be eligible for any claims. Further, donor confirms that all personal details provided on the donation page are true and correct. Donor further agrees to indemnify us against any and all claims, losses and damages that may arise out of false or incorrect information submitted by the donor.
• Suraz Family trust reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of the Donate4Cause app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
• You agree to use the Donate4Cause app only for the lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use by any third party.
• The information provided for the causes including its purpose, names, pictures, logos and any other related data is provided “as is” without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. In no event will Suraz Family Trust be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the Donate4Cause app, whether in contract or in negligence.
• Suraz Family Trust can't guarantee that charity organisation will use the donation as per the Cause description. In no event Suraz Family Trust will be liable for any misuse of the donations by the charity organisations.
• Suraz Family Trust does not warrant that the information provided will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Donate4Cause app is free of bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the information..

We are committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse or exploitation in connection with our app or services.  

Our Commitment to Child Safety

• We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or inappropriate content involving minors.
• Our app does not include any sexually explicit content or behaviour involving children. 
• All user-generated content is monitored and moderated to prevent any form of abuse or exploitation.

Content and Conduct Standards

• We do not allow any communication, media, or features that enable or promote CSAE. 
• Any attempt to misuse our app for contacting or exploiting children will result in immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities

 Data Privacy and Safety

• We follow all data protection laws to ensure the privacy and security of children’s data. 
• We do not collect personal information from children without verified parental consent.

Reporting Mechanism

•  If you believe a child is at risk or you encounter any inappropriate behaviour on our app, please report it immediately to contact@donate4cause.org.in
• We investigate all reports promptly and will take action, including notifying law enforcement if necessary.

• We regularly review and update this policy to maintain compliance with platform standards and to protect children effectively.
