 All donations made through Donate4Cause are final and non-refundable. 

• Donations cannot be cancelled or refunded by the donor. 
• Refunds will not be provided for donations made to an incorrect cause or for an incorrect donation amount. 
• Once a donation has been completed, it cannot be transferred, switched to another cause, or split across multiple causes. 

• By accessing or using the Donate4Cause platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
• Donate4Cause acts solely as a technology platform connecting donors with verified charities and is not a party to, or responsible for, the administration or delivery of any charitable project or cause.
• By making a donation, you acknowledge that your donation is final and non-refundable in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suraz Family Trust against any claims, losses, or damages arising from false or misleading information provided by you. 
• You agree to use Donate4Cause only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, any other person. 
• Information relating to charities and fundraising causes, including descriptions, images, logos, and other content, is provided by the respective charity organisations and is made available on an "as is" basis. Suraz Family Trust makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such information. 
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suraz Family Trust shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Donate4Cause platform, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise. 
• While Donate4Cause verifies charities before listing them on the platform, Suraz Family Trust does not guarantee that donated funds will be used exactly as described by the charity and accepts no liability for any misuse or misapplication of donations by charity organisations.  
• Suraz Family Trust does not warrant that the Donate4Cause platform will operate uninterrupted, be error-free, or be free from defects or viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suraz Family Trust disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Donate4Cause platform.
• Suraz Family Trust reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Donate4Cause platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

We are committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse or exploitation in connection with our app or services.  

Our Commitment to Child Safety

• We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or inappropriate content involving minors.
• Our app does not include any sexually explicit content or behaviour involving children. 
• All user-generated content is monitored and moderated to prevent any form of abuse or exploitation.

Content and Conduct Standards

• We do not allow any communication, media, or features that enable or promote CSAE. 
• Any attempt to misuse our app for contacting or exploiting children will result in immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities

 Data Privacy and Safety

• We follow all data protection laws to ensure the privacy and security of children’s data. 
• We do not collect personal information from children without verified parental consent.

Reporting Mechanism

• If you believe a child is at risk or you encounter any inappropriate behaviour on our app, please report it immediately to contact@donate4cause.org.in
• We investigate all reports promptly and will take action, including notifying law enforcement if necessary. 

Policy Review  

• We regularly review and update this policy to maintain compliance with platform standards and to protect children effectively.
